The Impact Investment Platform is a UK platform, in development in Nottingham, that records social and supported housing need at source and matches property, investment, care and support against it. Here is what it does, the journey every home takes, and the named chain that answers for each step.

The matching engine reads the housing and support need that councils and housing associations have logged, and shortlists the properties, funding and care that answer it. A human confirms every match.
Demand intelligence
Local authorities and housing associations record their own housing and support requirements on the platform, so demand is captured at source rather than inferred or scraped, and every opportunity traces back to it.
Property intelligence
Every property is checked against named public data, with each analytical figure travelling with its source, date and licence, so decisions rest on evidence rather than on a listing photograph.
Investment marketplace
Investors and funders see opportunities that trace back to demand recorded at source, with the reasoning shown and a named accountability chain on every home. Capital at risk; nothing on this site is financial advice.
Care and support matching
Homes are matched to the people and providers who need them, with safeguarding treated as a hard constraint and a human housing officer confirming every match before anything moves.
Reporting and outcomes
Placement records, tenancy history and outcome tracking are being built into the platform from day one, so every partner can see what happened and answer for their part. In development now.

The home is leased
5 year+ FRI, CPI or internal repairing lease, paid monthly in advance. Income is lease-backed: the lease is a commitment, not a promise of any particular return — capital remains at risk.

The people living there are supported
Elevate Supported Living delivers the care and support, with safeguarding at the centre of every placement. A human housing officer confirms every match. Care Quality Commission registration is currently in progress.

Capital at risk. The Impact Investment Platform provides property sourcing, deal packaging and managed investment services, not financial, legal, tax, or mortgage advice. Investing into property on the platform is also a direct investment into the lives of the people housed by Elevate Supported Living.
