The Impact Investment Platform is an Impact Investment Group initiative, built in Nottingham. It is not a marketplace with strangers on both sides: behind every home stands a named company with a named job, and the chain between them is the product.

Why we exist
Thousands of children are growing up in hotels and hostels.
Right now, children are growing up in hotels, bed-and-breakfasts and hostels, and vulnerable adults have nowhere safe to turn. We exist to change that: bringing investment, property, care and support together so every home becomes safe, supported housing.

How we keep the numbers honest
Every figure on the platform is one of three things: a real number with a named source, an estimate clearly labelled as such with its method shown, or an honest blank where we have not sourced it yet.
We never invent a number to fill a gap, and we never dress a placeholder up as real. If something is not known, the platform says so.

The Impact Investment Platform provides property sourcing, deal packaging and managed investment services, not financial, legal, tax, or mortgage advice. Investing into property on the platform is also a direct investment into the lives of the people housed by Elevate Supported Living.
Impact Investment Group is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the platform is not a Collective Investment Scheme. Take independent professional advice before you invest.
